Turbo Valves

Wastegates Valves have a function of controlling the pressure desired of the turbo system. In other words, is the power control of the turbo. We have many Wastegates models: USA, XFlow, SuperFlow, MCS-I, MSC-S, MCS-L, Compact-S, Compact-L.

Blow-off valves takes off the pressure air from the pressure system when the air is not required from the turbo anymore. This happens when you stop to accelerate, for example. If the air cannot enter into admission system (because you stopped to accelerate), it have to go to some place, otherwise the pressure air may flow back to the turbo. Blow-off valve relieves this pressure. We have various Blow-off types: Cylinder, XFlow, Radial, Drill.

Intake Pipes and Manifolds

We have a large line of Cast Aluminium Pipes, Intercooler Tank and Carburator Plenum for the intake system. These products combined with our intake manifolds results in the best intake system.

Intercoolers

The intercooler is an accessory used on turbocharged engines to improve performance and increase engine reliability.

This is an air cooler with the same principle of operation of the water cooler. Use ambient air passing through the aluminum (or copper) core to cool the air inlet system and accordingly control the temperature of the engine.

The reduction in temperature results in increased volume of inlet air, generating more power. Another important benefit of the cooling of the inlet air is to reduce the possibility of pre-ignition.

Special Air Filter: Scientific Air Flow

The Scientific Air Flow filter's shape is result of Engineering Department's studies under computerized simulation to find ideal air flow. The solution found is conical shape in top and flow accelerator in anodized aluminum on the bottom. This increases air velocity into intake system while the filter does it job.
